The Australian Southern Bluefin Tuna fishery is one of the most closely managed fisheries in the world. Caught in the wild between December and March, a tightly controlled annual harvest has been held at the same level for nearly 20 years. The exciting advances in the industry are reflected in the recovering wild stocks.
