Clean Seas is in the process of cementing its position as Australia’s leading commercial producer of Hiramasa Yellowtail Kingfish by expanding its successful propagation and harvesting program in South Australia.
The company is on track to increase production from 500 tonnes per annum in 2012/2013 to 1,500 tonnes per annum by 2015, with infrastructure already in place to support this expansion to meet rising global demand for Yellowtail Kingfish.
