Nick Burrows: [B.Com, FCIS, CA, F Fin, FAICD, FTIA]
Nick has had 21 years of commercial experience with ASX listed company, Tassal Group Limited, serving as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
He brings to the Board the benefits of a strong and contemporary senior executive ASX 300 aquaculture listed entity background; a current multi-sector Chair and Non-Executive Directorship and Board Committee portfolio, coupled with extensive governance, financial, audit and risk and remuneration premised expertise.
Nick currently holds a diverse portfolio of Board and Board Committee positions spanning local and state government, not-for-profit and major private companies and is also providing governance advisory expertise to a number of ASX Listed entities.
Nick is a respective Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Chartered Secretaries Australia and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Chartered Accountant and Registered Company Auditor.
